Churchill Brothers Brewing was born from a shared passion between two brothers — Joel and Nick Churchill — and a vision to create more than just great beer. We set out to build a place that feels like home. A gathering spot where craft, community, and family come together under one roof.

 

     Joel began homebrewing over two decades ago, long before hazy IPAs and barrel-aged stouts were household names. What started in a basement grew into a calling. Over the years, he honed his skills, eventually working in a local brewery and deepening his knowledge of the craft — not just the beer, but the culture, the community, and the camaraderie that surrounds it.

 

     Nick brought the business drive, big ideas, and an unwavering belief in what we could build together. As brothers, we’ve shared plenty — laughter, late nights, big dreams — and now, a brewery that bears our name.

 

     Churchill Brothers Brewing is about more than beer. It’s about family. About walking into a taproom where the faces feel familiar, the beer tastes intentional, and the vibe is rooted in something real.

     

     Set to open in 2026 in Mooresville, North Carolina, we’re building a space that reflects our values: approachable, authentic, and proudly independent. Whether you're here for a crisp lager after work, a bold new release on the weekend, or just good company, you're always welcome at our table.
